Is there any mileage limit?
Yes, the mileage limit depends on the car you rent. Supercars have a limit of 100 km per day, while lower-range vehicles have a limit of 150 km per day.
Do I need to refuel the car before returning it?
Yes, the car must be returned with a full tank. If not, the cost of refueling will be charged.
What if I need a refund?
Bookings that are canceled will not receive a refund. However, as a goodwill gesture, we will provide a rental credit for future bookings with no expiry. This also applies to gift vouchers.
Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
Yes, all drivers must be at least 21 years old.
What are the bond requirements?
The bond amount depends on the car you choose. Our team will inform you of the exact amount during booking.
What type of driver’s license do I need?
You must have an open license to rent one of our cars.
Do you offer car delivery and pickup services?
Absolutely! You can pick up the car at our location, or we’ll deliver it to you anywhere in Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast for an additional fee.
